Policies and Guidelines

By working with me and using this site, you agree to the following policies:

Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any outside entities or individuals.

I do not collect credit card numbers and/or payments directly. Credit card payments are completed through Paypal and Stripe. I do not store any financial information on this site or in my personal files.

Most projects have a target completion date, which is a range of normal completion time. If you’ve got a firm deadline, please let me know as soon as possible, preferably prior to beginning the project. I cannot be responsible for “late” or “overdue” projects that have no established deadline.

While I try my best to complete projects in a timely manner, I cannot be responsible for a any delays caused as a result of a payment issues, or if you are slow to supply information necessary for me to complete the work. Additionally, I cannot be held responsible for deadlines missed due to circumstances completely beyond my control (acts of God, family or personal emergencies, etc…) This same policy extends to project communications as well — I generally try to respond to all requests for communication within 2 business days, but sometimes circumstances arise when I may be delayed beyond that due to factors beyond my control and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Projects are completed in queued order, with priority given to deadlined projects and emergency work.

For most projects, I require full payment up front. If you need payment arrangements, I can process your payment through PayPal, which also offers the Bill Me Later service for those who want a limited-time, no-interest option for projects over $99. Your invoice can be paid through credit card (via Stripe or Paypal), PayPal, or Paypal Credit/Bill Me Later.

Until a project is paid for, I retain all copyrights on the work. Once you have paid for your project in full, you have the right to all your original files. If you need your files (such as wordpress themes, graphic files, or logos), please let me know and I can zip them up for you.

While I do schedule phone, Skype or Google Hangout meetings to go over project details and answer questions, all change orders or scope adjustments must be made and confirmed in writing via e-mail. As I value my time and want to fully dedicate myself to my work for my clients, I can not accept unscheduled calls or chat requests.
