• Does this work for all sites?
  The short answer is no. The longer answer is that if I e-mail you the questionnaire and determine that your site is not appropriate for this service, I will refund your money and/or let you know what your options are. Common reasons for not being able to use this service are: A very very outdated site; a high number of plug-ins that are outdated and/or that don’t have updated versions; a custom theme or an older theme that can not be updated; a site that is not using WordPress.
• What information is needed for this?
  I will send you a complete list based on your situation, but in general you will need to find both your WordPress login and your server or cpanel login.
• How fast will this service be completed?
  My goal is to get it done within 72 hours but that is not guaranteed. I will guarantee that your service will be complete within 1 week of me receiving your questionnaire answers or you will receive a full refund.
• Does this service guarantee I will not get hacked?
  There is no way to guarantee that you will never be hacked BUT this will combat hacking on two fronts because you will be protecting your site from hackers AND you will have the added security of having clean backups to restore your site from.
• Where are my backups stored
  By default they will be stored on your web server. If you would like them to go to another place, such as a backup account on Dropbox or Amazon, please let me know.
