A question I received earlier today:

I have a responsive mobile site, yet for the life of me I can’t remember how to make a video responsive, ie mobile friendly. How can I get my videos to stretch and shrink with the screen size?

The answer is that you need to make the videos responsive. The easiest way to do this is with a plugin for WordPress that installs the FitVids.js script on your site. This script fits the embedded videos on your site to the width of their container — i.e. the section or post they have been embedded in.

In the video below, I will show you how by simply installing a plugin and configuring it. I will also explain a bit about what responsive design is and does.
